A trip rarely taken

Rain drapes the roads while my energy embraces those in the car with me. Today not only does the earth give a dreary appearance, but my quietness breaks any sunshine attempting to crack through. Along this road, my mind is trapped in thought. My body right from sitting. My thoughts clouded by the fog.
